2 Bed Apartment
Apartment 11 is an extremely spacious 4-person 2-bedroomed apartment.
(Camp bed could be provided if requested at £45.00 per person per week to cover cost of accommodating an additional person).
With air-conditioned lounge and kitchen area, a bathroom and a terrace. All rooms are level throughout and accessible by wheelchair with space for turning. All towels, sheets and bed linen are provided. The floor area of the apartment is similar to that of Apartment 10 but with only having 2 and not 3 bedrooms the extra space
providing a much larger terrace area.

Bedroom 1: Specifically adapted for wheelchair accessibility:
Furnished with one single adjustable bed and one single bed, dressing table with wheelchair access, accessible wardrobe, wall unit with open end shelves, drawer unit and worktop and bedside cabinets. This bedroom is also fitted with patio doors to the terrace and with overhead ceiling fan.
  Bedroom 2: Furnished with one double bed, wardrobe,chest of drawers and bedside tables.
APARTMENT 11 - BATHROOM Bathroom (specially adapted for wheelchair accessibility): Bath with Wheel in/walk in shower enclosure and grab rails, bidet, toilet with grab bars, removable raised toilet seat, washbasin with grab bars, bathroom cabinet and shower chair/stool.

Kitchen: Specially adapted for wheelchair accessibility:
Low level worktops with knee spaces, low wall units, washing machine, fridge, calor gas oven, five ring hob, stainless steel inset sink top with mixer taps, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, ironing board, iron and clothes area.


Lounge Area: Dining table and six dining chairs, settee and two matching lounge chairs, leather type lounge chair with high back, coffee table, bookcase and spanish TV (use TV to show DVD's and play CD's).

  Drying Area: Spacious communal rooftop drying area (second floor).

Open Terrace: Large open terrace with partial sea views, patio table, four chairs and parasol.


General: The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small 2 storey privately owned modern block of apartment and is serviced by lift from both the ramped entrance hall and private covered underground car park to within metres of the apartment door. Fans provided, TV sockets in lounge and bedrooms; intercom and peephole security. All windows and patio doors are fitted with external roller shutters.
