Conditions and Terms of Booking & Important Information

THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is self-catering and can only be used by the persons named on the booking invoice. Sub-letting, sharing or assigning the accommodation is prohibited.

HOW TO BOOK
Telephone Lesley on 0161 7248767 to check availability and/or to make a booking.
We will confirm the booking in writing upon receipt of the appropriate deposit.
Please check the invoice carefully to ensure that it is correct. Any discrepancies must be notified to us immediately.
The person who makes the booking is responsible for making payments for all members of the party and will receive all documents and other information from us on behalf of the party.

HOLIDAY PAYMENT
When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of £50p.p. or a minimum of £150.00 per apartment to RDK Mobility. The balance of the holiday price must then be paid 6 weeks before scheduled occupation of the apartment. If the balance of the holiday price is not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain your deposit. No reminder will be sent.

AMENDMENTS TO YOUR BOOKING
RESERVATION DATES: If after our confirmation invoice has been issued you wish to change your reservation dates we will do our utmost to make these changes if at all possible. If we are unable to do so, your reservation will be cancelled and may incur charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.

NAME CHANGES: Name changes can be made up to 21 days prior to reservation date without incurring the administration charge of £10.00 per name change.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your reservation this must be done in writing by fax or post by the person who made the booking to Mobility Holidays or email lesley@mobilityholidays.co.uk as Section 4(ii). The date of cancellation is the date it is received at Mobility Holidays.
If you cancel your reservation less than 6 weeks prior to your scheduled occupation date you will forfeit your deposit monies paid.

THE HOLIDAY PRICE
Prices are per apartment per day (min. 7 days) on a self catering basis. Airfares are NOT included.

In addition a security deposit of £100.00 per apartment will be added to your invoice. The deposit will be refunded 14 days after your vacation of the apartment provided there has been no damage or breakages at the apartment and the apartment has been left in good and tidy condition. If there has been a breakage or damage caused to the apartment a claim may be made against you, which will not be limited to the amount of the security deposit.

DISCOUNTS
10% discounts are available for block bookings of more than two months continuous occupation and to charities and to children's care organisations.

INSURANCE
It is important that you take out travel insurance from a reputable broker and that you read and understand the policy conditions fully before travelling.

HEALTH
We strongly recommend that before travelling you acquire an EHIC (European Health Insurance Card, which has replaced the old E111). It is also advisable that all persons on medication or under medical treatment obtain permission to travel from their doctor.

BEHAVIOUR
In the event that you or your party causes any damage/unnecessary disturbance/discomfort for any reason to other persons in other apartments in the block, it may lead to your eviction from the accommodation and our contract with you will be deemed terminated.

ANIMALS 
Animals are not allowed in the apartments.
